[RELEASE] VB 3.0.0 "Matrix Falling Code"

This modification is in the archives.
Here is a style that was created by a good friend of mine and he is a total Matrix fan, he made this using a CSS sheet and i ported it to VB 3.0.0.
I hope you enjoy this. Also if you could click the Install button if you DO install this button so he can see how many ppl are enjoying his style  Thanks Rebel P.S. There is also a Very Small Screeny, i had to black out two spots cuz we have profile images that show on the homepage, i didnt think youd want to see those  UPDATED new statuicons and buttons Download Now Only licensed members can download files, Click Here for more information. unfortunately NO, it doesnt. That would be to much trouble and it would cause problems for members with dial-up

Also i made the bg a fixed item so it doesnt scroll with the rest of the page. it look really cool.

Well what I was saying is I can make a matrix style flash BG... but you'd have to figure out how to impliment it. If you can do that I'm be psyched for a great new project.
