Hey is there a Way to Clear all Favorites from all videos
Ive found a bug and some members boosted the "Most Popular Media" up by doing this

When Guests can rate the videos they can also add them as Favorites but they can add it over and over again and it clocks them up

Definitely not what I want to do. Most regular posting on vbulletin has a moderation queue option, and I think it would work well here, especially if you add permissions for who can post videos into what.

For now I will make do with a submissions thread in the forum. For my site this is mainly a staff maintained video gallery, but the option of having partial member submissions would be useful.

Jaxel, I'm having trouble with the SEO links on the latest version. If I set them to be enabled then it seemingly correctly rewrites the link (media/mX-title) but it returns a 500 internal server error upon trying to view it. I've opened up the apache error log and it gives me;

Any ideas? It was working in a previous version but I skipped a few before this and didn't save it so can't compare any changes made in .htaccess.

EDIT 2: Found this bug report which seems to have something to do with it. I deleted the MVC part which fixes the 500 error but now it gives me a 404 not found error. Is there some setting/module that I haven't enabled to get this to work for me on my server?

Also, and this is a minor thing, the styling for the media comments header appears in 8WR_media_comment_bit (rather than 8WR_media.css) and seems to be 'hard coded' rather than style-specific.

Hello Jaxel, I recently upgraded to vb 4.0.4 and now my megavideo videos do not show with IE.; they work fine with Chrome and FF but IE gives me : "INVALID OR UNKNOWN VIDEO LINK". Examplle use: http://www.aniworlds.net/forum/media...ails&mid=17738
Try that link with IE, GC and FF and test it out to see what I mean. Any ideas would be very much appreciated. Thanks again for the awesome mod .

NOTE.: I just also discovered that in the description area where we add the mirrors to those episodes , the megavideo mirrors work fine. That being the case I can conclude that it is a problem with Media Library, maybe with the upgrade to vb 4.0.4 caused this somehow? The upgrade has caused some style issues but nothing mayor.

I can confirm this, but the same thing happened to me on 4.0.2 and 4.0.3 so I don't think it's a 4.0.4 issue.

MegaVideo videos show the "INVALID OR UNKNOWN VIDEO LINK" error in IE, but work fine in Chrome/FF.

Edit: Heres a temporary fix for MegaVideo videos to work again in IE.

Media Library > Services

Edit the MegaVideo service and in the Embed box, replace it's contents with the following:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

hi, thanks for this vb4-version - it's a cool hack.

if i try upgrading from VDR i got this mySQL-error:
"Table 'vb4.videotagvideo' doesn't exist"

the video-tables are in the database but this one is missing. maybe i tried updating from an older video directory version?

can i create an empty table "videotagvideo" by hand to get the media library running? if this works, can anybody please post the structure of this table?
