1) How do I put the site in Spanish?
2) As I can install the VB-Transparent | Full CMS style

That Style is for 4.0.6. The newest version is 4.0.8 - you should wait until the author updates it to 4.0.8 before trying to use it. He said in his comments he will upgrade as soon as possible.

I don't think a 4.0.6 style will work well there were changes made to styles between 4.0.6 and 4.0.8- it might require manually edits/changes to get it to work. I don't know for sure, but this is what I've heard- maybe a VB 4 user can confirm.
