Help needed please...
Hi there, I am running vbadvancedl v2.2.1 and I have a massive spammer problem.
I think I need to do 2 things, firstly I need to find a way of keeping the spammers out, and secondly I need to send all members a PM which they have to reply to to keep there account. Can some one point me in the right direction please. My site is a free site and I don't make money from it, so if some one could help me rather then charge me it would be most appreciated. Thanks for your time. T No members have liked this post.

tribaleditor,
You are currently showing up as unlicensed. To be able to download modifications and/or receive support here at vBulletin.org, we ask you to please click here (vB-Germany users click here) and enter your email address. You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive. To protect our customers privacy you will also need to Opt-In to license validation for all Support Sites. You must authorise vBulletin.org in order to validate your license status here. You can do this at the page linked above for your distributor. Make sure to set the permission to allow vBulletin.org to validate your status. The update of your account can take up to one hour. Thank you.

what do you suggest i do? I know it cost me about £150 5 or 6 years ago to make the move and I thought that was a life fee, but he was the teky out of the 2 of us and now sadly its just me trying to keep my head above water. No members have liked this post.

He needs to add your email to the priority support for the license. He is the only one who can do that.

... a note: personal problems is not related to accessing a website services. vBulletin is not a financial dealer neither a psychologist...

I am afraid that without a license check according to our procedures we can not offer any support. In order to get support you will need to either get the current license holder to set your account up for Priority Forum Support or you will need to purchase a license yourself. We have no way to validate your explanation on why you can not get a licensed status even when the board itself is licensed.
Closing thread.
