Hello, I want know how make this forum free,why already look it free. Please help.
There's someone servers what I can make it. No members have liked this post.

If you want to use vBulletin, regardless if it is an isntallation on a local host or a public accessible webserver, you will need a valid license.

You have installed it on localhost, so i guess you are using a nullified (illegal) version.
You could rent a server and install that same copy and risk going to jail (wrong) , or go to vbulletin.com and click purchase (right)! No members have liked this post.

If you can not afford to purchase a license you will need to look for other forum software.
