Attachment limit

I'm having a problem it tells me that

Your file of 152.0 KB bytes exceeds the forum's limit of 97.7 KB for this filetype.
even my usergroup is set it to 0 when i saw this

Space (in bytes) that a user's total attachment usage may consume
(Set to 0 to not have a limit)

any help will be greatly appreciated

Well, the first one says that you have a limit on a specific file type. The second says your space for attachments overall is unlimited.
