Scratch this, this seems to be an error with vBB in general and not the mod. I just did a test upgrade against a clone of my 3.8 forum and maybe that's part of it.

edit: Mostly fixed by rebuilding my attachment thumbnails.

ACP>Settings>Options>Message Attachment Options>Thumbnail Size
Set your size (default is 100)

Then run the rebuild...
ACP>Maintenance>Update Counters>Rebuild Attachment Thumbnails

Yes. With one exception - guests can view thumbnails if their permission canviewalbums is Yes (the default vB behaviour is to disallow guests from viewing thumbnails - in either case they will not be able to view the full-size images)

I recently lowered the attachment thumbnail size on my forums as they were just too big. After resetting the counters, the images were properly affected in the gallery. However, while viewing the albums, the div frames around the thumbnails never changed. So now I have giant boxes with little thumbnails in them. Where would one go to change that? Based on the CSS I'd be willing to bet it's in the default vB code somewhere, just no clue where.

My thumbnail pics are set to 100x75 which for me are ample enough.

Can you add a screenshot or link to your public albums? I may be able to help out here.
Other than that, uninstall and reinstall the product to see if that resets the dimensions.

This is a great addon and i used it but ive noticed the plog pro is out on vb4 (i aint promoting it) just giving people a little information as i put iit on my site although it costs 20quid or so its a good product.

This however remains a great free addon so just food for thought for people thats all

1. I own a forum about hollywood+bollywood, so i need a picture gallery where there would be a cover page of "angelina jolly" and when someone clicks on it, they'd be taken to the actual gallery, possible to do?

2. I checked one of the forums that had this plugin, isnt there any "next,previous" button?

Another bug I see is when you select on an option on the navbar, you get the Forum tab as selected. You can select Album Gallery, Picture Gallery, add album, etc and the Gallery tab will never be selected.... Is there a way to fix this?
