It's easily built by starting out with the style generator and then adjusting images and style settings to achieve what you want. I have one that is almost identical to the vb 5 one you asked about. If I wanted to make it look just like the one mentioned it would be no trouble at all but, I just don't think that would be fair to the person that made that other style.
