No Doc_Margin Edit Option in StyleVars?

Hey Folks-

I am wanting to adjust the size of my header and forum so that it will auto-fit on various devices and based on what I've read, it seems like I should be able to edit the Doc_Margin and Doc_width in stylevars but I literally do not have these options available.
Maybe they arent available on 3.8.7?
Granted, I don't know much about CSS so I might be missing it but I found another place saying I could edit the vbulletin.css in stylevars and I don't have that either.

Any idea how to get my forum and header to adjust so that it isn't off-balance?

Any help greatly appreciated and I'd gladly send a coffee to whoever can answer this!

Thanks!

You can send your forum link, I would have a look to check and help you if possible.
And that will not need a coffee though.
