Admins lose access when subscription ends
Hi,
Is there a way to disable a certain UG from losing their access to ACP when their subscription ends? Currently I have icons users can purchase from vBShop which puts a small image beside their username which I've set up as a paid subscription and linked it to CSS to grab the image However when a subscription ends for an admin or moderator, it seems to disable to their ACP? Is there a way I can disable that per UG? No members have liked this post.

Make another subscription group & set it for when it ends to not change the usergroup

None of these paid subscriptions have it set to change a usergroup already, that's why I am a little confused about why my admins are messing up

Are they still in the Admin group?

No, the person got set back to our VIP UG, which that person was about 2 months ago, and I gave him an icon next to his name for 4 days and once those 4 days ended, he went back to the VIP UG...
However that paid subscription I put him in is set to NOT change his primary or additional UG, so once it ended, surely nothing should have happened apart from the icon next to his name going? No members have liked this post.

Yea that is odd, it should of left him where they was.
Are you running the latest 4.x.x? Are there any other UG related addons installed?
