Anyone ever use Escrow.com
After the sale is complete and buyer releases funds, how long does the step "IES reviews terms" take?

Shouldn't take long after release of the funds. In fact, I believe that as soon as you release funds you have the option to write a review and it's listed almost immediately.
Used it a couple of times and it works well. No members have liked this post.

It takes only a few hours to change from "IES reviews terms" status to Disbursement.
