[DBTech] Re-Order Posts v1 (vB4)

What is Re-Order Posts?
Re-Order Posts allows administrators or forum moderators with "Can Moderate Posts" permissions the ability to change the date stamp of posts in a thread. Re-ordering posts can be immensely useful for threads that depend on a certain chronological order (such as fanfics/stories) or release posts (more information beyond original post's character limit). Re-Order Posts v1.0.1
Feature: Added custom phrases for "From" and "To" for the log page Change: Changed the Branding display method to inject itself into the copyright footer (underneath vBulletin copyright) instead of the page footer. Change: Changed the Branding Free Key to a more secure key. Fillip
