Replace & with & in RSS feed?

I had previously fixed an issue that was causing validation errors from my forum RSS feed but then I did the unthinkable....I updated! I display recent forum posts in a sidebar, but when the page tries to validate it keeps getting tripped up with the 'goto' section of the generated code, particularly with the ampersand. for example, the validator wants the code &goto (for the newest posts) to read &goto with the proper format.

I just can't remember which file I had to edit to change the &goto to &goto and if anyone can refresh my memory it will be much appreciated!

p.s. as a side note, is it possible to make it so the links go to the first post in the thread and not the newest post?

there are three instances in external.php that had the & which I've changed to & Once my feed cycles through it's next update we'll see if that does it. I'm thinking that was the file in question. hopefully, thanks!

UPDATE: Yes, it validates correctly now! Thank you
