Creating A Skin...
Is there somewhere, or someone, that could help me with making a first skin. I just need to know all the images that have to be created, and what exactly they do and where they are on the board. The only things i know for sure is the header logo, style bars, and the backround...the rest i do not know and don't know where to look.

You need a final copy of ur skin. It must be saved as .PSD format and than someone can code it for you.

But...if i do this, how will the Post, Threads, Hot Topics etc.... be made?
I'm looking at doing everything differently and then putting it together. Is this not possible? No members have liked this post.

The best way to do it is to look through the images directory for the default style and see what you want to change. If you start with this, then edit any templates that you want to change too then that is a good way to start out.
