4.1.5 to 4.1.7 upgrade failing

When upgrading from 4.1.5 to 4.1.7, I receive this error. I should note that I installed recently from scratch due to my 4.1.5 install being exploited and defaced. I restored my latest SQL database from a backup. What should I do? Right now, some things are acting weird, such as the users profile pages not loading (showing a completely blank page).

Did you try running the upgrade script again?
