[OzzModz] Usergroups Excluded From Character Limits

 This modification will allow you to remove minimum/maximum character limits for various items, per item, per usergroup. The following are what you can remove the limits on.
It is a simple installation, just import the product XML, product-ozzy_character_exclusion You can edit the options under the settings, Ozzy: Character Exclusion Settings Complete Feature List
If you like this mod please hit the  button to the right ---->Please remember to click the,  button to the right if you installed the mod ---->What does 'Marking As Installed' do ? * It helps you to stay on top of updates - members who have installed modifications will be notified whenever new updates are available. * For security issues - vbulletin.org will contact all members who have installed a modification whenever a security issue is brought to their attention. * Marking a modification as installed also helps me know how many people are using my work, giving me extra incentive to provide more features and new modifications. Installed this on 4.2.2. It doesn't seem to be working.
I've found that the ozzy_character_exclusion_settings group is created and all the settings in that group contain the correct values. But the code that changes the postminchars global variable doesn't seem to work. Any ideas?

Nope. I just downloaded the latest version, 1.1.0 (I had 1.0.0) after uninstalling the previous one. Installed and it still doesn't work.

I tried on local server and it is not working, still have this error message
The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message to at least 10 characters.

Change hook location of "Exclude Groups From Min / Max Characters" from parse_template to global_start and it works.
Mark as installed. No more typing lot of dots to post short words
