javascript random + table cells

Hi !

I made this small mod to help me to get some featured content displayed below header for some inactive members so they could participate more in discussions and new threads .

am trying to enhance this mod by making cells location change every time page refreshed so it doesn't seem to display the same content , and to draw more attention , but I couldn't do it .

I would be thankful if someone could help me to achieve this.

Thank you

It'd be much easier, at least in my opinion, to randomize the order of the data fetch (this is assuming you are pulling content from the database or an RSS feed) than traverse and re-arrange the DOM nodes of each cell.

In fact , am using admin cp options to add urls and thread's subject to the table .

At least I know what to look for in JavaScript ( traverse and re-arrange the DOM nodes of each cell )

I will look them up now , of course some more help would be appreciated.

Thank you for your helpful reply
