Very new to mods and html altogether so I need some help please!

I installed this mod and it works but I get an extra black bar above all the posts that wasn't there before? Did miss something in the install?

Thanks

Has anyone got a code or such to change the height of the bar?

Would be very grateful if someone could help me.

Unfortunately it doesn't work on 4.1.0 PL2. When entering a forum I receive:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

An update for 4.1.0 would be fantastic!

EDIT: Nevermind, 4.0 version is here: http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=228036

Can this work with the Article Forums modification?

The Article Forum does require a modification to the article.php file to display sticky threads above all others:

Installed on 3.8.7 but for some reason I am getting two bars? If I uninstall, none. Any thoughts?
