Question Admins and Moderators with colored usernames?

How can I add color to admin and moderator usernames?

Sorry for the bad explanation.. See the screenshot below to see what I mean.

AdminCP > Usergroups > Usergroup Manager > Edit a usergroup > HTML Markup

In the usergroup edit the Username HTML Markup. Put for example
Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)  
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

in the opening tag and

in the end tag

This is pretty cool , I wanted to make them in bold as well , but am having an issue inserting the bold html , doesnt seem to be working correct .


This is what I have for the open tag :<span style="color: yellow;"/>


This is what I have for the closer : </span>


Where should I place the bold code ?

Why is this not working on my subscriber group? (which is a secondary group created as described in the docs)
