Uploading Smilies Problem
Hello all. I'm trying to upload some animated smilies into my site.
I downloaded some animated smilies from here at vBulletin.org...and the animated smilies were 48x48 pixels. I thought these were sort of large...so I downsized them to 24x24. Here's the issue. The original 48x48 animated smilies...if I upload them to my site they work fine (just too big). What I mean by "work fine" is...the animation repeats over & over just like it should. The downsized 24x24 smilies when I upload them. They only do one animation cycle...then they stop (no repeated animation). The ONLY thing I did when editing them was I edited the size from 48x48 to 24x24...I didn't do anything else...and can't figure out why the animation on the 24x24 smilies does not repeat over & over & over like the 48x48 smilies. FYI...I uploaded both the 48x48 and 24x24 smilies via the vBulletin adminCP using the "Upload Smilie" vBulletin adminCP command. Thanks No members have liked this post.

What image editor did you use to edit the gif images?

I'm on a Mac and used "Preview" (it has some simple editing functions including resizing).
Thanks --------------- Added 05 Dec 2018 at 15:48 --------------- Apologies. Meant to post this in the vB 4 area (I'm using vB 4.2.5). Please relocate if possible. Thanks No members have liked this post.
