i have changed the logo image but i still viewing a margin between the logo and the navbar

You can have a bigger logo if you need, the navbar is set to be at least 205 pixels from the top as it is all linked with the background image.
Send me a link to what you mean and I can provide you with another logo for your site - if you can provide the PSD to your logo

You should always add any code for tracking or anything else in the footer, so it has little affect in what your page looks like - it might add a space to the bottom, but who cares about that?
