You can send me a link of your forum with the mod on so I can see what's going on, or you can simply disable the option "Do you want to show a "thank you" message.... ?" to fix the problem

Working now on 5.1.10, Don't know what went wrong previously.

The 'click here' link doesn't appear to be working on 5.2.0. Default style.
Is that a js issue?

Yes probably, you can try disabling the second option in the plugin' settings page

I got round it by adding a hard link in the phrases area but you were right.
Turning off the second option does the job. Shame really though, I quite liked the countdown idea.
