If the new registering member is determined to be a bot or spammer, they will receive a message telling them they are not allowed to register. It will also scan posts and determine if the post is spam or not. You have 4 options if the post is determined to be spam. **Note: Post scans will only work with English. Nothing. you need to make it if you block a country it redirects them to there own internal ip

What method are you using to block countries?
Personally I was hoping for VB to support IP prefixes which it does not. Instead you have to list out each and every IP. Even with wild cards it is a pita... When I saw this I was hoping I would be able to use my own zone files a they do updated periodically. Does the modification talk back to your server(s) in order to get this list or is it apart of this modification? I have not looked at the XML file directly as of yet... It blocks them by IP address, but you don't type in IP address to block them. You will enter the country code for the country, like CN or US, each separated by a comma if you want to block more than one. Yes it does talk back to the server. Our IP lists on the server are alway up to date even with current changes.

Thanks, just installed it. Lets see how it does with new spam registrations. Would really appreciate if Anti Spam software could prevent users awaiting email conformation/moderation from appearing in the whose online list while retaining the guest count.
