I do not force anyone to use this plugin. I'm just saying what I get when using this plugin. Visitors to my site increased, I think it is good for seo. This is my print screen visitor:

Outgoing links don't impact on your SEO unless (a) they are paid links, or (b) they are to unsavory websites.
Further, if you're really worried about outgoing links (and you shouldn't be), just no-follow them. That's far better than "cloaking" them.
