Hello Everyone,

The amefy_class.php file needs to be updated with the correct hook for the tab.

Open your editor and under the hook array locate this listing and ensure "tabs" is placed in the last two lines:

Current:

profile_sidebar_first
profile_sidebar_stats
profile_sidebar_friends
profile_sidebar_albums
profile_sidebar_groups
profile_sidebar_last
profile_left_first
profile_left_last

Change to:

profile_sidebar_first
profile_sidebar_stats
profile_sidebar_friends
profile_sidebar_albums
profile_sidebar_groups
profile_sidebar_last
profile_tabs_first
profile_tabs_last

This is what worked for me. Hope this helps someone.

That relies on the embed code of the definition. If you set it to auto play then it will autoplay in your posts too

Can you elaborate for the less technically inclined amongst us? Are you saying, when we add the youtube URL (for example purposes), that we have to add this code on the end, as with youtube website itself?

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

Got the same errors too!
Also since 4.0.3 the mod doesn't work anymore on my forums :S

I checked some things and it seems that people are getting these errors when the link they've added to youtube isn't a valid one. Either the clip has been removed or the link is entered wrongly.

Isn't there a way that the filled in links are first validated by the script before they're saved?

Updated to version 1.0.4 to:
1- Address the changed profile tab hooks in vB
2- To not show a box if there is no content (i.e. user hasn't uploaded a video yet)

I can't really set this up to verify the videos. As some have mentioned, some videos are removed from time to time. This means I would have to verify each video each time it was shown and I think that would be far too resource intensive. Plus it simply isn't reliable.

I'm getting version 1.0.3 shown in products list after updating to 1.0.4 this morning? Is that correct?
