CMS: First article large

What i wanna do, is have the first article on the homepage large, and the others smaller, beneath.
Something like in this picture, but reversed, the large article above the small, divided ones.
I haven't used the CMS much so far, so not sure if it's even just a setting or i have to dig deeper

If I post some CSS and don't say where it goes, put it in the additional.css template.
