Hi I've installed it, I've created the departments but nothing shows up.. then I start to get the following problem..

Warning: Division by zero in [path]/includes/functions.php on line 2498
Database error

At admicp->Options have you setup to use Departments and/or Products?

Seems that there is a bug there. If you turn both ON, it will work. I wrote it down for correction.

I enabled the product and thats fine.... but now I'm having an issue with checking the tickets... when I click my tickets for example I get..

support.php?do=mytickets

I'm working on it, but it's already late in Greece I believe that I post the update tomorrow morning. If you want add a dammy product to avoid getting this errror.

Thank you for this tagged for when VB goes gold.


Question though: Is it going to have the old VB3 look or the new VB4 look? It appears to use the VB3 look.

Your eyesight is perfect:-)) It uses the new deafult VB template. You can see it on the first screenshoots. All other screenshoot are for the vb3 version. I haven't time to get new screenshoots
