Definently 100% against the Adsense TOS and they will terminate your account for it if they find it.
Just because big forums like digital point and whatever gets away with it, don't think you're the same to Google and they won't shut you down for it. No members have liked this post.

you can always use other code than google. Its a nice hack. Instead of google code ..put something else since putting google code will be definitely be TOS violation.

I think this a good idea. I mean if you wanna use it outside of google. What would really be nice is to create a login screen like myspace. That will allow highlights, and a big ad at the top.
