What are you entering into the "Enter Static HTML" area of the widget?

What is the template name listed under "Template Name" and have you verified that that template exists and is totally default in the style you are using?

If I post some CSS and don't say where it goes, put it in the additional.css template.
I will NOT help via PM (you will be directed to post in the forums for help.)

Style vB - Default.
Template Name: 'vbcms_widget_static_page"

I turned off all modifications - no change.

--------------- Added 14 Jan 2017 at 09:26 ---------------

I tested the widget ... weird

e.g
1. does not accept the code: 'border-radius: 50%;'

but 'border-radius: 50px;' accepts (not accept '%')'

2. does not accept the code: '<div class="caption">TOUCHENABLED</div>'
but '<div class="caption">TOUCH ENABLED</div>' accepts (not accept '.')

('.') dot code e.g 'header a.active {font-weight:bold; }' is accepted

3. does not accept the code: '<html>'
but '</html>' accepts

4. does not accept the code: '<href='http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Bree+Serif' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'/>'

but '<href='http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Bree+Serif' rel='stylesheet' type='textcss'/>' accepts (not accept '/')'

slash in </di>, </body>, </html> is accepted

If the code contains these characters, it does not save anything

I do not understand.

I want to know the code/html you are entering into the Enter Static HTML" area of the widget. Please post the html using an html tag. (And, just an FYI, but if you are entering <html> in there, then that is totally wrong as you may only have one <html> tag on a page.)

The code you posted saves just fine for me. However, you will need to upload the files for it (the second and third lines).
