Well, what he mean was not that you have forgotten to remove the 'disable mibbit' function what he mean was, that it's not allowed into quake net to use the mibbit product.
So for users of quake net, it's with this version not longer possible to use the IRC.

QuakeNet does not allow any Mibbit client to connect.
Quakenet has their own web client.
This is a closed issue, there is no discussion possible. Do not pester Mibbit Staff why. Do not pester QuakeNet staff why not.

thank you for the fast update. Is it normal that all times I must press connect button?
The other question will be if it also be possible to get a older version of the addon without mibbit, because I see more and more that mibbit don't work as good as pirc before. (for example now it's not longer possible to login as oper)

I'm sorry, I forgot to include the instructions for autoconnect.
In order to enable autoconnect, go to your forum/irc.php and use mibbit to join your channel(s) and log into nickserv, become a operator of the channel, and type /autoconnect on

After that, it should automatically allow all users that use it to autoconnect to the channel.

Also, as far as becoming an operator, it has always worked fine for me. There are sometimes restrictions set by the server owner(s) as far as hostmasks, for security. If you use /oper, I mean. If not, ignore what I just said about all that.

If you downloaded the 2.1.1 package before this post, and you use the vbirc statistics module, it is very possible that the automatic update for statistics is _NOT_ working. I suggest you redownload the package in the first post, and upload all files. (Please note: This does NOT require you uploading the product xml)

thank you for the answer. Well there are no restrictions to get oper at the IRC server. I also don't have problems before with pirc only now with mibbit I get this problems.
I also don't see a error message and that makes it really hard to see what's going wrong.

The command /autoconnect on don't work I only see the connect button when I go to the irc.php.

To show what I mean here a screenshot:



So I think I must get a other solution, because so real fun with IRC don't come up.

hey Billy, i'd re-upload everything, but the stats aren't working anymore ... (you can see it onto my playing board)

Actually, they are. They run on a 10 minute interval throughout the hour. If your board does not have activity on every 10th minute of the hour, or right after, the stats will not update. This is a limitation of the vBulletin Scheduled Tasks.

I'll look into pJIRC again, or some other solution, but there have been a few security messages popping up, saying stuff about the java certificate or something being old, I don't even remember. All I knew is that I couldn't find the source of the problem.

That's been happening on a lot of java apps since one of the latest java releases.

Hopefully you can keep supporting pJIRC with this addon.

Also agree with that wish, because since the update nothing works like before.
So now I always (example) must connect with a irc client to get oper and that's not a o-line problem I see that's a mibbit problem. (some of them). The Same with the /list command what also not work anymore.

pJIRC runs fine - and i allways use the latest Javaversion on my Desktop.

The Problem is on your PC - not at pJIRC or Java. So you can give us back pJIRC without any worries even if yourself get certificate Errors-

I hope the pJIRC Support will soon be back. This AddOn is absolutely useless if the greatest Networks quakenet and freenode are no longer usable.
