is it possible to have user buy points for real $ through paypal?

its integrated. go to vbBux --> Manage Subscriptions


go to Paid Subscriptions and add a subscription and then under manage subscriptions in vbBux add the points amount for the subscription you added.

I have tried this, but it does not seem to work?

I have setup a test account and paid for a subscription, which is also added to vbux. The subscription manager lists that the subscription is active for the test user after payment, but the credits are not updated.

Does it take time before the credits are added, or should it update immediately after payment?

If the payment is immediate, the points should be added immediately.

Which payment method are you using? I've only got a paypal account and it was working on vbplaza.com with Paypal purchases.

im using paypal and it doesnt seem to be working right. i need to test more to find out the root of the problem, been busy lately though

If u find out anymore, post it asap.

BTW: I think u can test its functionality by just going to the subscriptions and choose "Add User" and keep adding/removing the user. If u add the user, it should give the points there too as the hook is still called properly.

the old vbux subscription manager that had to be installed separately does work, so something must have gone wrong with the integration.

Just a thought, dont you need IPN activated in the paypal account?

Hopefully you guys can figure this out...It shouldn't be too hard to do...I was looking for something like this also similar to DNforum.com or Namepros.com the way they have there systems setup..

works fine for me. people are buying points like crazy
