View Your Threads Or Posts From The Navbar
![]() Developer Last Online: Jun 2013 ![]() ![]() ![]()
Please click Mark as Installed if you are using this hack.
What Does This Hack Do? This is an update to my 3.8.x version of this hack, designed to work with vBulletin v4.0.x. This is a simple hack that adds an extra menu on the navbar which allows your members to search for their own posts or threads they started. When browsing a forum there are additional links to view your threads or posts from that forum only, if you not in a forum, the extra links do not appear (see screenshots). There are no file or template changes at all, is controlled by usergroup permissions and is fully phrased. This was a request by odeezie in post #22 of this thread. vBulletin Version Compatibility This hack can be used with vBulletin versions 4.0.0 - 4.2.0. For the v3.8.x version of this hack, which will also work with v3.7.x and v3.6.x - check here. Hack Support/Feature Requests IMPORTANT: This hack is no longer supported. Install/Upgrade/Uninstall Instructions The readme.txt instructions file is included in attached .zip file. Translations I would like to thank the following people for their translations:

Thanks for update Mosh.
Please could you answer how to disable automatic creation of link in Navigation menu? On small monitors (low resolution), menu name crosses on another menu name. How to put menu links of this Mod into Quick menu or community menu? In previous version I change hook to navbar_quick_links_menu_pos4 and comment line
on the beggining and end code for navigation menu, but now, with this new navigation menu in vBulletin, I could not understand how to change that. No members have liked this post.

One of my members that I tested this out with (logged into his account) does not show all his threads nor all his posts (over 200). Bug?
My settings for max search results is 500 and it only shows about a page worth, and only 1 thread from him too

It should work.... check Navigation Manager to check if the tab with links is there and enabled.

Only View Your Threads or Posts (Menu) have add a link. But as a Menu I sure it shouldn't have one.
The four sub categories have links similar to New Posts, but with added info. It was Enable. I Disable and redid Enable. Still doesn't show up. ================================ Never mind. It was my own setting as Owner with no Secondary Setting. Once I added Administrator to myself. it showed up. No members have liked this post.

Mosh
It appears you have a small bug w/ the new 4.2.0 version, when navigating to your inbox/pm system of vb, the userid being pulled is incorrect, it will randomly pull the wrong userid when viewing the inbox or when viewing a pm from a user. This appears to only happen when in the pm system pages, that the wrong userid gets appended to the urls.
