Recieve email not sync
When I register and check the "Receive Email from Administrators" or "Receive Email from Other Members" or even both... then when I go to general settings the "Receive Email from Administrators" and "Receive Email from Other Members" still unchecked?? seems not syncing the way I did in the registration page.

Does the same thing happen on a unmodified default style?
