Error Help Please

Dear Friends

I just upgraded the version 4.2.2 and got this error, if some one can help me to fix this::

Only variables should be assigned by reference in ..../includes/class_bootstrap.php(909) : eval()'d code on line 71

That error is from a modification. Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php


Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)  
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.
