vbulletin4 to 5 upgrade - stuck on part 2/166

Hello everyone, when I upgarde my vb4 to vb5 i get stuck on step 2 out of 166 and I have the following setup http://www.granturismo.pl/forum/info.php
I will appreciate anyones support!

Didnt work. here is the error log:

We have disabled php accelerator and this has resolved the issue

Your welcome. In general those various acceleration cause a lot of issues despite of the performance gains. It is adivsed to switch them off when performing maintaince/upgrade work.
