How to remove posting rules from templates?

I want to totally remove the posting rules box at the bottom left of every page. Can I control this in my Admin CP options or do I have to manually delete it from every template? If so which templates is it located in?

Nevermind. I simply deleted the entire contents of the forumrules template. That seemed to do the trick
