i need help with some coding on vbulletin 3.8

looking to get someone to do coding
done with vbulletin 3.8
at www.stakeahorse.com

what do i need i have a poker stake system that has a stake cp
when the staker picks a horse for the stake it makes a rail threed add to a threed in the fourm i need a link add in the stakecp for this
