Help with sub forums please

Hi

i am wanting to add a sub forum to my forum,

I am wanting the sub forum to have a different banner than the main forum,

Also i am wanting it to be user group specific, so the usergroup can only see and acces the sub forum,

I am wanting the sub forum to c 90% of boards and modules that are on the main forum,

I am wanting to add boards and modules to the subforum that cant be veiwed on the main forum

How do i go about this
