This modification is in the archives.
This is a little modification with the help of iwebtools. This allows Your members to preview a website link before visiting it.
Simply find in Show Thread Template :
Add before
Optional : If you are familiar with HEX color codes, you can match your forum colors by changing the "border=<color-code>" value to a HEX color code. All done ! Enjoy! This does not work for me, :-(

It's a great idea but I can't used because it calls for external content script.

I could have sworn when I hovered our logo it popped up with this before.
