Can someone tell me where to change the white to the background color?

Is there a way to only allow administrators to see and use the webmaster tools?

this mod was designed to do that

i will be creating a pro version to customise alot of features for this but not till after tuesday

1. Still need to know where to add the code for making this accesable by administrators only.

i have been busy with a project for a while

i may look into getting this to work for 4.2.1 it depends on my availability
