Floating notices banner?
Tried searching the first 15 pages of mods, and didn't quite find anything I don't think.
That being said, I update a regular chart each week on music. And I'd like to have a flashing/floating sign at the top where the notices would normally go on the forum home page. Sort of like they have at this site: http://fatherandy2.proboards.com/index.cgi No members have liked this post.
