Not Supported Template Edits Code Changes Re-usable Code Translations

This little code will change the background color of your moderated threads/posts to make it easy to spot by you and your Mods.
It helps with busy forums.

I tested it on vB 4.2.0 but should work on older versions. I use postbit_legacy.

Install:

Step 1:

In postbit_legacy template look for:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

Replace it with:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

Step 2

Also, in additional.css, add this code

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

Change the background color to what you prefer

This worked for me...did you grab the closing brace of the CSS selector (the code to add to "additional.css")?

Nice of you to offer. If I can't get it going on another go-round I may hit you up. Thanks.

Ah, OK, I see where I screwed up. We use postbit, not postbitlegacy, and I didn't change that in the additional css code.

Works now, thanks!

can somebody give an example of how to use this on the search results?

I added the if statement to the search_results_postbit, then tried the css with the original and also tried the css by changing .postbit to .searchbit. neither worked.
