Sorry for the long wait for a reply... the thread got marked as read before we saw yours...

To answer your question, the StyleVar: dbtech_draftposts_reply_spacer is what you will need to adjust. Adjusting that value will bring the draft post higher up both the showthread and forumdisplay page (by the looks of the screenshot, the showthread is lower than it should be).

Let me know if that helps. Try a few different values to adjust it and see what looks best.

Draft Posts 1.0.4

Hi everyone,

Released a bug fix (v1.0.4) for Draft Posts to fix an issue with guests seeing options to save as a draft when guests can post threads.

Fixed: Option to save post as a Draft for usergroups without permissions.

Changed Files:
/dbtech/draftposts/hooks/process_templates_complete.php
/dbtech/draftposts/hooks/global_start.php

Thanks as always to everyone for their feedback and suggestions.

Man, I love your stuff, this is great! The only issue I'm having is that when the draft is loaded, it's loaded as raw HTML instead of bbcode...is this supposed to happen?

Edit: Just realised there's also a styling issue:

Hmmm, interesting. Can you tell me what settings you've got for your posting permissions? Do you allow HTML? You got a link I can check it out from? If so can you PM me the details so I can look at it?

Glad you like the mod.

I've tried posting with HTML allowed and not allowed but it makes no difference. I haven't got a link as I had to disable the mod as the posts looked weird with it enabled.

I've attached an image for the HTML thing.

Very strange indeed. Have you posted the same bug at DBTech? Trying to work out if its the same bug with two different users or the same user.

I'll take a look at this and see what I can find. Can you tell me what other mods you have running, what version of vB you are using and whether you have any custom styles?

Thanks for reporting the bug.

No, I haven't posted it at DBTech but I can if it will make it easier to debug? I have so many other mods running, including extra threadfields and advanced forums from provb.org. I'm using vB 4.2 and have tried with the default style.

Posted a hotfix to sort this. Just reupload the files. No need to reimport the XML.

Let me know if you have any more issues.

I'll check out the issue again. I've had another similar report back that I've not been able to reproduce on my install. I assume when you say 'styling' you are only referring to the HTML problem?

If you look at a few posts up I posted 2 images, one with the HTML issue and one with the show post styling issue. Once your mod is disabled the styling is fine.
