Chat available in Cloud version?
I`m curious to know if the cloud version will support the various chat modules (like CometChat for example). I need to be able to have individual/separate chat rooms for various forums.
Thanks! No members have liked this post.

Not completely sure how CometChat works but you can add custom HTML to any page (via a Static HTML module.) If you need different HTML you would need to have each forum use its own template which it asks anytime you save changes if you want to create a new template or override the existing one.
I assume CometChat uses some JavaScript and that would be what you would put in the Static HTML module(s). If you can specify the chatroom name in the javascript then no reason you couldn't do as you ask, thought it would be more time consuming than having one general chat that is the same on every forum page. Note- No problem to do for each forum page, but I don't think you can do it if the chat in a topic in one forum is supposed to be different than a chat in a topic in a different forum on the same site. Best option would be to try the 7 day free trial- https://www.vbulletin.com/en/vb5-trial/ - If you get it setup how you want you can turn it directly into a vBCloud account.
