Page Owner Facebook UserID

Hi, I want new posts to appear on my website's facebook page. I have the page ID, but I don't understand the instructions in Facebook settings for Page Owner Facebook UserID.

This Facebook Profile must be connected with a forum Account with Offline Access permission granted!. If you wish to publish to Page using Page Account itself, ask the Page Owner to visit this page: To get the Facebook UserID of a user, you can visit his/her Profile, move your mouse over "Send [name] a Message" (under Profile Avatar), copy the link, it is in the form of "", so the Facebook UserID is "987654321"
How do I get this number? I really don't undertand.

Every Facebook profile, and Facebook Fan Page, has an associated ID number. Depending on what applications you might be setting up, or services you are joining, you will find yourself needing your Facebook ID, of your Facebook Fan Page ID, at some point in the future. Here’s how to find your Facebook ID
Non-Customized Facebook Profile URL
For those of you who haven’t customized the URL of your Facebook, then finding your ID is super easy. Just click on the “Profile” tab in the upper right hand corner then look at the URL (web address).
Your URL (web address) will look something like this:
I’ve highlighted the Facebook profile ID above, and it’s the 15 digit number that comes after the “id” portion.
Customized Facebook Profile URL
Now, for those of you that have already customized the URL of your personal Facebook profile, you need to do something a little bit different.
Here’s what I mean by a customized Facebook profile URL – I’ll use my Facebook profile as the example:
If you’ve customized the URL, then obviously the ID is no longer showing.
So what you need to do to get the ID of your Facebook profile, if you’ve customized your URL, is simply hold your icon (the pointer that moves around when you move your mouse) over your Facebook profile picture.
As you hold your mouse icon over your Facebook profile picture, then look down in the lower right hand corner of your computer screen and you’ll see your URL with your ID in it.
Alternatively, you can click your profile picture to be taken to your Facebook profile pictures and you’ll then see your profile ID in the URL up in the address bar.
Facebook Fan Page ID
Sort of the same thing applies here to your Facebook Fan Page ID’s. If you haven’t customized your Facebook Fan Page ID, then you can find the ID number in the URL. A “non-customized” URL will look like this:
Notice the 12 digit number at the end of the URL. This is your Facebook Fan Page ID.
Now if you’ve customized your Facebook Fan Page URL, like I have, then you’ll follow the same steps as you would with your Facebook profile.
First, here’s an example of a customized Facebook Fan Page URL:
So to find your Facebook Fan Page ID for a fan page that has a customized URL simply hold your mouse icon over your Facebook Fan Page profile picture and you’ll see your URL / ID in the lower right hand corner.
Or you can alternatively click your Facebook Fan Page profile image and this will take you to your images of your Fan Page.
Once you are at the images of your Facebook Fan Page, just look up in the URL (web address) and you’ll see your Facebook Fan Page ID in your URL.
Hope this helps you find your Facebook profile, and Facebook Fan Page ID, a little easier.
