Deleting threads question
I am sure I should know how to do this, but yet it is probably the one thing I have not taught myself with Vbulletin.
I want to delete posts. Simple right? I have done it in the past - with the EXCEPTION being it was either a single post or an entire thread. So, I figured I would delete posts in a thread starting with the very first post. For example I would have 14 posts (so 2 pages) and begin with posts 1 through 7 and delete them. I know I messed up something because the other seven posts (7 to 14) were no longer there. I know this is probably the most dumbass question to ask, how do I go about deleting the first post without losing the following posts? What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance for any replies. You deleted the OP post, that's what you did wrong. You take the OP post away and there's nothing there.

Well, the very first post in a thread, is the thread it's self. So by deleting that, all subsequent posts after it also get deleted.

I sort of thought maybe it was a feature I overlooked. I did see a mod that bumps post, but have to go look for it to see if it will do what I want it to!
Thanks again for the replies! No members have liked this post.
