Description:
Requires users to verify themselves using a Captcha image when logging in.

One of the option is disable all plugins by adding the following code to the end of the file config.php:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)   
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

Login your admincp, remove/disable the plugin. Remove the code above from the config.php file

This plugin will not work for 3.8 .. Its needs update.I am ready to buy plugin but no one intrested on it with reliable price.
